Account Sr. Account Representative

Position Title: Account Representative or Sr. Account Representative

Locations: Southern California - Costa Mesa

Reports to: Division Sales Manager

Compensation

• Starting base salary, commisions, from $40,000 to $60,000 +/ year (depending on experience).
• Plus incentive-based commission plan.
• Realistic first-year earnings of $65,000 to $80,000 or more (depending on experience and starting salary).
• Realistic second-year earning of $80,000 to $100,000 or more.
• Automobile, cell phone, entertainment expense account.

• BA/ BS Degree is preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Graphic Arts).
  
• AA Degree is acceptable only with 2+ years of prior business forms, printing or pressure sensitive label sales experience.
  
• Strong academic achievement history is required ("B" average or better).
  
• No more than 2 companies worked for in the last 5 years.
  
• High-integrity, professional demeanor, detail oriented, creative ability.
  
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentational skils.
